vspf_hk.vxd missing

When I boot up my computer, it tells me that the above file is missing.
I am unable to find this file. COuld anyone tell where I could get it?
My computer also freezes at random intervals, especially when trying to
open programs such as Microsoft Word. It'll take several minutes to
load the program. It also freezes when shutting down, until I manually
end the non-responsive programs. I will appreciate any help you can
give me.

Try to find the application who is using this file, because while
bootup when the os is loading that application it is unable to find the
file. Uninstall that application or reinstall the application.
